WOW! Spring 2026 Flash Fiction Contest

The WOW! Spring 2026 Flash Fiction Contest is organised by WOW! Women on Writing, a long-running online platform dedicated to supporting women writers through contests, workshops, and publishing opportunities. This quarterly competition invites original flash fiction on any theme, offering a flexible space for writers to experiment across genres including literary, speculative, romance, and more.

Entries must be previously unpublished and written in English, with a maximum length of 750 words. The contest is open internationally to writers of all backgrounds, though WOW! primarily focuses on uplifting women’s voices.
