The Whispering Wisdom Poetry Competition

The Whispering Wisdom Poetry Competition is organised by Whispering Wisdom, a UK-based reflective literary initiative that celebrates contemplative, heart-felt poetry that connects readers with compassion, depth, and insight. This competition encourages poets to slow down and explore universal themes through carefully crafted verse.

For 2026 the competition calls for original, previously unpublished poems in English. Poets of all backgrounds and experience levels may submit work and entries are judged anonymously by an experienced panel including founders and guest poets. All entries will be judged blindly, based on creativity, resonance, and technical craft.

Prizes:

• 1st Prize: £100
• 2nd Prize: £25
• 3rd Prize: £25

Winners and a selection of shortlisted poems will also be published on the Whispering Wisdom website and social media.
