The Totally Lit Micro Fiction Prize coincides with National Carers Week 13 – 19 October 2024. It is a time to recognise, celebrate and raise awareness about the 3 million Australians who provide care and support to a family member or friend.

Write a story up to 500 words. Each story submission must include the code word provided within the ‘Meet the Judges’ podcast episode of Totally Lit. The code word is to be included within the body of the story.

$5 from each competition entry fee will be donated to The Carers Foundation to help continue to support unpaid carers in our community.

Closes 31 October, with a host of prizes to be won.
