The Scribes Prize is looking for fiction of any genre or creative nonfiction between 90-110 words (NO poetry). Original fiction as well as reprints are acceptable.

The top 18 stories will be published and receive a cash prize ranging from $250 (gold) to $20 (honorable mention).

EVERY writer will receive feedback on their stories from 2 editors, and each winner will also receive electronic award seals they can display on their website and social media.

​All winners and honorable mentions will be published in mid-October 2024 in ScribesMICRO’s 46th issue and have a full page bio, photograph, and interview listed on our Authors page. In addition, they will receive digital award seals that they may use on their websites and social media to announce their contest placement.
