WOW! Spring 2025 Flash Fiction Contest

WOW! Women on Writing is seeking flash fiction of any genre between 250 – 750 words. The mission of this contest is to inspire creativity, great writing, and provide well-rewarded recognition to contestants.

The WOW Contest has awarded over $145,000 in cash to writers since its inception. The contest is open globally; age is of no matter; and entries must be in English. The organizer is open to all styles and genres of flash fiction. a

Electronic submissions via e-mail only; reprints/previously published are okay; simultaneous submissions are okay; multiple submissions are okay. Open internationally.

$1,350 in cash prizes. Limit: 300 entries.
