The Letter Review Prize for Poetry

The Letter Review Prize for Poetry is offering $1000 USD total Prize pool in a competition for poems of not more than 70 lines. No subject or style restrictions. Open to writers who live anywhere in the world.

2-4 Winners are announced who are published and share in the Prize money. Up to twenty writers are shortlisted.

All entries are considered for publication, submission to the Pushcart Prize, and for further anthologies. The Prize is judged blind to ensure fairness.

Prizes

• The top 2-4 winning entries of the Prize for Poetry are declared the Winners, and share equally in the Prize pool of $1000 USD.
• Winning entries are published by The Letter Review online, and in the Winners Anthology.
• To recognize the abilities of the writers who do not place as a Winner, up to 20 entries are Shortlisted.
• Winners may request a professional recommendation / endorsement of their work in the form of a letter from our Judges which they may submit to agents, publishers etc.

Is this competition legit?YES! – Based on our research this event is legitimate and the organizer is well established. However, as with any event, please remember to do your own research before submitting your work.
