The Theme for the Shepton Mallet Snowdrop Poetry Competition is ‘Treasures of Nature’.
Entrants can enter poems from any country in the world, but they must be written in English.
Poems can be written in any format – haiku, sonnet, blank verse etc. Poems must be original work of the writer. Your poem(s) must be no more than 30 lines long.
Prizes:
- All shortlisted poems are printed in a pamphlet
- 18 & Over – £300
- 12 to 17 – £100
- 11 & Under – £50
