Buckham Fine Arts Project of Flint Michigan – Horror Anthology

The Buckham Fine Arts Project announces its first literary call for submissions to be considered for publication in an anthology centered on the Horror genre.

Please submit your fiction, nonfiction, and poems – the macabre, the eerie, and the strange – that will keep readers’ feet and hands under the covers and away from the edge of the bed. Spin us a tale that will either reinvigorate a classic horror story or introduce a new fear into our lives. We are not looking for the grotesque or bloody ‘wet’ horror.

​The top piece will receive an award of $25 and a complimentary copy of the publication. The publication and release event are scheduled for October 25, 2025.

Judging will be completed by the Buckham Writers Group, with the final selection made by award-winning horror novelist and poet, Leslie J. Anderson.
