A flash fiction competition (max 500 words) on the general theme of Kids – any story dealing with offspring, whether human or animal, and any angle welcome from the humorous to the dramatic. The entry fee of 8 euros is to be donated directly to a GoFundMe campaign to support a school in Madagascar.

Entries will be judged by a previous winner of the Book a Break competition, Sherry Morris, and by playwright Phil Baarda. First prize is a 4-night stay for 2 people in Aix en Provence at a date to be arranged with event organiser Curtis Bausse.
