The Fractured Lit Elsewhere Prize is accepting submissions. For this prize the organizer is accepting micro, flash, and sudden fiction – stories betweem 100 and 1,500 words.

Only unpublished work is accepted — the organizer does not accept reprints, including self-published work (even on blogs and social media). Englsh writing only.

The winner will receive $3,000 and publication, while the second- and third-place winners will receive publication and $300 and $200, respectively. All entries to the competition will be considered for publication.

For this event Fractured is partnering with guest judge Tara Campbell, who will choose three prize winners from a shortlist.

Writers from historically marginalized groups can apply to submit for free.
